Tom Cloud’s Newsletter Popup
– Tom Cloud collects the first name, last name, and email address of anyone who fills in this popup form
– the data collection takes place using Constant Contact’s services

Our WordPress Database
– several plugins that we use collect personal data and store them on our servers in our WordPress database– Contact Form collects information necessary to reply to requests made by specific visitors of our websites (see more detailed explanation below)
– User Login History collects information, such as user login name, IP address, user agent data, and login date, time, and duration
– Paid Memberships Pro collects information, such as first name, last name, email address, and IP address, which is necessary to create and manage our members’ accounts
– Stripe collects financial information necessary for processing payments via our Checkout page — we do not store any user financial information anywhere on our server
– Mailchimp for WP collects information from our newsletter popup (see more detailed explanation below)
– we use all the data anonymization features that these plugins provide
– if you would like to remove your personal data collected via these means, please, send us a support ticket requesting this using the same name, email address, and IP address that you used to subscribe to our website

Paid Memberships Pro
At checkout, we will collect your name, email address, username, and password. This information is used to setup your account for our site. If you are redirected to an offsite payment gateway to complete your payment, we may store this information in a temporary session variable to setup your account when you return to our site. At checkout, we also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed to our payment gateway (Stripe) to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our site to use for reference and to send you an email if your credit card will expire before the next recurring payment.

Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded Content
Articles on the SRSrocco Report website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, tweets, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Please, note that we only collect essential information necessary to provide our users with the services they subscribed to receive. As such, requesting the removal of personal information necessarily means requesting the termination of all services provided including the termination of the user’s account and the user’s access to our locked content.
